The Project is located on Qetaifan Island in Qatar. The concept of the stepping terraces and building orientation creates a unique and remarkable signature in the development, most of the apartments benefit 360 views of the surrounding and the sea. The masterplan consists of 5 plots. Primary components are the 70 apartments in each building with car park on three levels above ground and common facilities like, pool, gym and multipurpose room. In each building there is retail on the promenade level and also on the road side serving the main entrance lobby.
