As part of the booming tourism industry in Ras Al Khaimah, Al Marjan Island offers the perfect platform for a state-of-the-art hotel submerged in the beautiful Arabian sea.

The project will be located on a proposed site within Al Marjan Island and will be overlooking both the Arabian sea and the city of Ras Al Khaimah with its amazing mountains in the background.

The proposed project will be a special destination in the emirates of Ras Al Khaimah and will cater for all different type of visitors by offering a variety of attractions and activities.

The project has been carefully thought of and designed in a way to not compete with existing hotels and attractions within the Emirates and Al Marjan Island itself but to complement and enhance what’s already there.
