Job Summary: The BIM Coordinator is responsible for the digital delivery of multidisciplinary projects from Concept to IFC, with a strong focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM). This role ensures that digital tools and processes enhance collaboration, efficiency, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. The BIM Coordinator will lead cross-functional coordination efforts, ensuring that all stakeholders—including designers, contractors, and clients—are aligned with the project’s digital goals.     Key Responsibilities: BIM Coordination and Management:

• Lead the implementation of BIM processes across all project phases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee the creation, management, and exchange of 3D models and data, ensuring they meet digital project requirements.
• Facilitate clash detection and resolution through coordination with design and construction teams.

  Collaboration and Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for BIM-related matters, ensuring clear communication among architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Promote a collaborative working environment through digital tools, fostering teamwork across disciplines.
• Organize and lead project coordination meetings to address digital project issues.

  Team Leadership and Development:

• Support the Digital Delivery Lead by mentoring the BIM & Architectural team, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Assist in developing the digital strategy, driving innovation and continuous improvement in digital project delivery.

  Data Management and Reporting:

• Ensure digital information is managed effectively, following project and organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, workflows, and protocols for consistent digital delivery.
• Provide regular reports on BIM coordination efforts to project stakeholders.

  Standards and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with BIM standards (ISO 19650 or regional equivalents) and enforce quality control measures for digital deliverables.
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and emerging technologies related to BIM and digital construction.

    Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.
• Experience with clash detection software and coordination tools such as Solibri or BIM 360/ACC.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192) and digital implementation processes.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) and digital document management systems.

  Leadership & Collaboration:

• Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and managing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

1. Management of architectural project design teams;
2. Management of multi-disciplinary design teams, including specialist subconsultants, consultants directly employed by the client and other stakeholders, to coordinate and resource plan to achieve deadlines and project design objectives;
3. Responsible for defining the list of architectural drawings and documents for projects and ensuring their production;
4. Provides technical review support across disciplines to ensure quality and technical issues are effectively addressed;
5. Technical coordination with and integration among multi-disciplinary design teams and specialist consultants;

7. Overall responsibility of deliverables of the architectural discipline;
