The project consists of a new-build hotel on a green field site in Sulaimaniyah, Northern Iraq, where Hilton Worldwide have been chosen to operate the Hotel under their “Double Tree” brand.

The Hotel Development consists of 280 bays of guest rooms, restaurants and rooftop bar with 430 seats and a meeting area of 847 seats co-friendly credentials.

Reduced heat gain, energy consumption, water-use and irrigation-demand contribute to a bespoke environmental solution, that balances the requirements of the operator.
